Any collection past 11am incurs a Full days Charge. If you choose to collect after 11am, the next collection time is between 4pm-6:30pm.
We can NOT facilitate Check-ins or outs outside of our stated times.

Vaccinations:

Proof of vaccinations will need to be sent into us before arrival. These can be sent in by taking a photo of your pets vaccination book, sending a screenshot of your vaccine invoice or by getting your vets to email this information onto us directly. Please refer to our vaccination policy to ensure your pet has the correct vaccines needed.

We ask that vaccinations are sent into us before your pets stay. This allows us to ensure your pet is covered for their and there are no issues on the day of arrival.

Day of Checking in

  • Please ensure to stick to your check in time which will be confirmed the evening before checking in. If you are delayed please text us to let us know.
  • When you arrive on the premises please proceed down the ramp to the lower section of the yard.
  • Please leave your pet in your car until a member of staff comes out to you. There may be someone checking in before you so please wait patiently.

What you are required to supply:

  • Enough food to last your pets entire stay. (We recommend packing extra to avoid the possibility of your pet running out during their stay)
  • Treats! Only treats provided by yourself will be given to your pet. This is to avoid any stomach upsets.
  • Your pets Harness ~ if your pet is walked on a harness or Halti please ensure to include this with their belongings.
  • If Applicable, Medication in its original vet packaging & Label. Medication will not be administered if the vet label is not on the medication.

​Optional:

  • Bedding ~ we are happy for you to provide your pets own bed.
  • Toys ~ we are also happy for you to provide toys for your pet.
Please ensure to read Our T&C's in regards to belongings.

Providing bedding & toys is not necessary as these will be provided by Lookout Paws Regardless.
